At Indulge4Girls, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of any personally identifiable information you provide us. This Personally Identifiable information (PII) includes information that can be linked to a specific individual such as name, address, phone number or email address.

* Make a booking or enquiry
Your full name, email address and phone number and interests are taken each time you make a booking with Indulge4Girls. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, card holder name and expiry date to pay for accommodation and products purchased through Indulge4Girls. This can only be done as a phone call as the website does not provide a secure server.
* Subscribe to our newsletter
Indulge4Girls collects email addresses from people who subscribe to the Indulge4girls newsletter by opting to be sent the newsletter at the time of completing their Customer Indemnity Form when having a treatment.
* Surveys, promotions and competition information
Occasionally, Indulge4Girls may offer site visitors or newsletter recipients an opportunity to participate in a survey, promotion or competition. PII collected by Indulge4Girls when you participate in a survey, promotion or competition may include your full name, email address, telephone number, street address & interests.
* Contact Indulge4Girls
* Indulge4Girls collects PII such as your full name, email address and/or telephone number whenever you submit a query or suggestion, or request assistance with a booking, enquiry or purchase.

* Statistical information
When you visit the Indulge4Girls websites we record general information about your visit for statistical purposes. These statistics do not contain any PII.

If at anytime you would like to either change your email address with us or unsubscribe from our newsletter you can:

Be sure to include details of your old and new email addresses for changes and the supplier. All newsletters have an unsubscribe facility on them which allow you to directly unsubscribe from further communication.
* Booking or enquiry information
If at anytime you would like to alter the PII you provided to Indulge4Girls in your booking, please contact us.
* General
If at anytime you wish to enquire about any of your PII that is stored by Indulge4Girls please contact us on info@indulge4girls.com.au.

How We Protect Your Information

To ensure the confidentiality of your PII Indulge4Girls uses leading security technology and procedures that are regularly reviewed and updated.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your booking and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We assume that in giving us your email address we have your consent to email you in the future until such time as you let us know otherwise.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the Australian Economic Area we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Bookings Terms & Conditions

Indulge4Girls is a small business and as such is greatly affected by cancellation. Consequently Indulge4Girls does not accept tentative bookings. Your booking is only secured once our office has received a booking deposit.
A 30% - 50% (minimum $200) booking deposit needs to be received by us to secure therapists for your booking.
This office must receive the balance of all monies owing more than 48 hours prior to your treatment date.
Bookings are transferable up to 7 days prior to arrival dates - after this time the $200 minimum booking fee is non-refundable as a therapist has been committed to our booking and must receive payment for her time.
A cancellation fee of $75 applies to all refunds. Refunds will only be paid up to 7 days prior to your treatment booking date.
We are more than happy to accept multiple payments for large group bookings, but the ultimate responsibility for the debt is in the name of the person who makes the booking and is noted on the invoice.
